Incorporated in June 2022 under CAMA 2020, Nexgen Oil and Gas Limited is a Nigerian petroleum company focused exclusively on the midstream and downstream sectors. We are building the infrastructure that moves and delivers energy to Nigeria.

Integrated Midstream & Downstream Services
Gas Processing
Converting flared and stranded gas into sellable products. NGL fractionation, gas commercialisation, and flare capture aligned with Nigeria's gas monetisation mandate.
Pipeline Transportation
